Medical Transcriptionists needed to work from home. Part time positions, 32 hours per week plus benefits. Candidates residing in/near Memphis, TN preferred, as he/she will need to come into clinic for training sessions and other meetings as required.
Responsibilities: Performs transcription of medical dictation providing a 48-hour turnaround.
Qualifications: High school graduate or equivalent. Must be able to operate transcription equipment and accurately type 75 wpm with 90% accuracy. Must pass a medical terminology spelling test. Must possess an understanding of orthopaedic and other medical terminology by completion of coursework or through previous experience. Must be able to provide a computer and a complete at-home workstation to perform job that meets ergonomics requirements.
