Job Description: The appropriate applicant will transcribe acute care reports at home as well as serve as a back-up office assistant on an on-site facility. This position is located at a medical facility in San Diego where you will work on-site approximately once a month. You will be compensated an hourly rate for any administrative duties performed. You must live in San Diego to be considered for this position. All editors must have 5 years of editing experience. Requirements:
Acute Care transcriptionists must have 3 years of transcription experience. Acute Care experience must be recent and include expertise transcribing operative reports, H&P’s, discharge summaries and consults.
Quality Assurance Editors must have 5 years of editing experience. All applicants must have knowledge of AAMT BOS.

Job Description: FULL TIME, EXPERIENCED RECRUITER TTS is seeking a full time recruiter who has experience hiring Medical Transcriptionists and/or Speech Recognition Editors. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years experience working in a similar position hiring for other MTSOs. Our recruiter will facilitate all aspects of recruiting including but not limited to posting adds, screening applicants, evaluating experience and skill set, interview, check references, offer positions, and administer paperwork for newly hired associates. We would like the recruiter to also be able to evaluate internet-based testing so experience with medical transcription would be preferred. The recruiter would work closely with our team leaders to understand the needs, account profiles, and objectives of TTS. They are responsible for conveying accurately and consistently our goals, needs, policies, and processes to the applicants, both verbally and in writing. Our recruiter also is involved in ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and in some cases local regulations governing employment. This position requires high energy, positive attitude, and a willingness to participate in building a GREAT TEAM!

Job Description: Looking for a company with plenty of work? We are presently seeking Acute Care medical language specialists with a minimum of three years of recent full-time acute care transcription experience. Our definition of acute care means that you are currently transcribing hospital accounts which include HP/DS/CN and operative reports. We have existing accounts which are sending us more work, as well as new accounts on the horizon! Candidates must have ESL experience. Minimum quality requirement of 98%. Must be familiar with the AHDI BOS. ASR experience helpful. We have full time positions which require 40 hours per week or part time positions of 20 hours per week. All schedules require one weekend day. Pay is production and based on a 65-character line including spaces. We also offer a shift differential as well as a production incentive. For our FT employees we offer a fantastic benefits package.
